Important Usage Disclaimer:

  • Products are not meant for direct consumption

  • Must be used in prescribed quantities

5. Retail & Bulk Orders

We serve both:

  • Retail (B2C) customers

  • Bulk / B2B buyers

5.1 Bulk Orders

  • Custom pricing may be offered

  • Advance payment is mandatory

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation

  • Bulk orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once dispatched

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.

6. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in INR (₹)

  • GST is applicable as per Indian law

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order

  • Correct pricing

  • Refund the amount (if already paid)

Confirmed orders will not be modified without customer consent unless legally required.

  • Bank Transfers (for bulk orders)

COD Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.

We do not store complete card details. Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We provide Pan-India shipping services through logistics partners including platforms such as Shiprocket.

8.1 Dispatch Timeline

  • Orders are dispatched within 3–7 working days.

8.2 Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery depends on courier partner and destination.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or force majeure are beyond our control.

8.3 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping (on selected orders)

  • Flat rate shipping (where applicable)

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

9.1 Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of food flavour products:

  • Products are non-returnable

  • No refunds for change of mind

  • No returns once opened or used

9.2 Damaged or Wrong Product

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged in transit

  • The wrong product was delivered

Claims must be raised within a reasonable time of delivery with photographic proof.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed:

  • To the original payment method

  • Or via bank transfer

Bulk orders are strictly non-refundable once processed.
