As a Pan-India supplier of food flavouring products serving both retail (B2C) and bulk (B2B) customers, we maintain strict operational procedures to ensure quality control, packaging integrity, and timely dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, cancellation requests are subject to the terms mentioned below.

3. General Cancellation Principles

Because food flavour products fall under consumable and hygiene-sensitive categories, cancellation policies must ensure:

Orders once processed for dispatch may not be eligible for cancellation.

4. Cancellation of Retail Orders (B2C)

4.1 Before Dispatch

Retail customers may request cancellation:

  • Only before the order is dispatched

  • Within a reasonable time after placing the order

  • Subject to confirmation from our support team

If the order has not been packed or handed over to the logistics partner, cancellation may be approved.

4.2 After Dispatch

Once the order has been:

  • Packed

  • Processed for shipping

  • Handed over to the courier partner

Cancellation requests will not be accepted.

In such cases, the order will be treated as a completed sale.

5. Cancellation of Bulk Orders (B2B)

Bulk orders are processed differently due to:

  • Custom pricing

  • Special packaging

  • Volume allocation

  • Advance payment requirements

5.1 Advance Payment Requirement

All bulk orders require full advance payment before processing.

5.2 No Cancellation Policy

Once a bulk order is:

  • Confirmed

  • Processed

  • Packed

  • Allocated inventory

It cannot be cancelled.

Bulk orders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.

6. Non-Cancellable Product Category

Due to the nature of food flavouring products:

  • Opened products cannot be cancelled

  • Custom-packed bulk quantities cannot be cancelled

  • Special procurement items cannot be cancelled

  • Orders placed during promotional pricing may not be eligible for cancellation

Products are not meant for direct consumption and are intended for formulation use only. Once handled for dispatch, they cannot be reintroduced into inventory for hygiene and safety reasons.

7. Cancellation Due to Pricing Errors

In rare cases where:

  • Incorrect pricing is displayed

  • Technical glitches occur

  • Product stock is unavailable

Shree Prakash Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order

  • Inform the customer

  • Issue a full refund

This applies even after order confirmation if the issue arises due to system error.

8. Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Suspected fraudulent transaction

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer details

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Bulk order without proper confirmation

  • Regulatory or compliance issues

  • Force majeure events

In such cases, the customer will be notified, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed accordingly.

9. Refund Process for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • In case of bank transfer orders, refund will be made via bank transfer

  • Processing time may vary depending on payment gateway and banking timelines

Refund timelines may typically take 5–10 working days depending on the financial institution.

10. Shipping & Logistics Consideration

We ship orders across India using authorized logistics platforms such as Shiprocket.

Once the order status changes to “Shipped”:

  • Cancellation is no longer possible

  • Courier recall requests may not be entertained

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will not be refunded

Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and destination.

11. Change of Mind Policy

We do not accept cancellations based on:

  • Change of preference

  • Incorrect quantity selection by customer

  • Business plan changes

  • Slow demand

  • Production scheduling issues

Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order.

12. Responsibility of Customer

Before placing an order, customers are responsible for:

  • Verifying product specifications

  • Confirming quantity requirements

  • Checking shipping address accuracy

  • Reviewing pricing and tax details

Orders placed with incorrect information may not qualify for cancellation once processed.

13. Force Majeure

14. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not available.

All orders are prepaid. Therefore, cancellation policies strictly follow payment confirmation and dispatch timelines.

The courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
